Shown here is the difference between the Vedic way of management and the western ideal, the diference between an autocratic boss and a real leader. In the Mahabharata we see that leaders like Yudhistira, Arjuna, and Bhishma, would be first on the battlefield, leading the fight, not sitting comfortably and aloof, giving orders. Srila Prabhupada, like the heroes of Mahabharata, showed by his personal example, what it means to be a leader. Should we not follow his example?
